Fragility - The strongest thing about LIFE.

I started using blogspot about 3 years back. There were a couple of entries; wishy-washy stuff which was a result of me trying to blog just for the heck of it. Of course, as I evolved and matured by a couple of years, I rightly deleted those entries and dissolved the blog as well, and also dropped the idea of blogging.

But as it often happens, it is the small incident here and there, which force us to think. Not with the BRAIN. No. But, with the MIND. Yes, there is a difference. Thats what happened today as well. Lets say something just clicked somewhere in my head.

There is a lot of volatility in life. Our thoughts. Our decisions. Our relationships. Our feelings. Even our ideals. Very fragile. You can never say when you would doubt your own thoughts and ideals. I think we are like computers in that manner - the output depends on the input. Every time our minds are introduced to a new input, the process starts, and the output changes.

We may be happy one moment, and the very next moment, we are brooding. We would be sad and dejected for some reason, and the very next instant, we are anything but! It is this ability of the human mind to easily forget what ails/hails us, that is the strongest part of our life. That is what makes life interesting and worth looking forward to. It is this very fragility that brings upon the changes that we are so afraid to accept. Had it not been for this fragility, I wouldnt have started this blog and published this post (although I have reason to believe that most of you would be cursing me for the same!).

I would like to keep my first post short, and end with a quote...

"
Many of our fears are tissue paper thin, & a single courageous step would carry us clear through them." - Brendon Francis.

Love,
Amit
